After just getting new tires in New Orleans, we traveled to Pensacola and got a blow out on the day before we had a full agenda of meetings. Sandy Samsung BMW was quick to the rescue. We showed up at opening the next day which was on a Saturday and they squeezed us in, replaced the tire and had my car waiting for us when we returned! The service manager was amazing, super professional, kind and accommodating!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My experience with this dealership was exceptional! Garrett Hamm was my service coordinator, and he was fantastic! He kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. I had a great experience here last year when our BMW had some mechanical issues. At that time we were visiting from Colorado. We are from this area originally and moved back in March 2026. This visit was for the purchase of an extended warranty. We chose a 3rd party option because it was $3000 less than a BMW Platinum plan that was offered by a Mobile AL dealership. This was my first experience with the service department at Sansing BMW, and I was favorably impressed. They worked me in first thing the next morning, and didn’t try to upsell me on expensive repairs. (I often felt like this was an issue with my previous car and service cebter.) I also saw one member of their team sit down with an elderly female client and talk through the recommended service for her car. I worked with Justin Brown and had a great experience, I was in and out and never felt pressured to make any deal. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend and not a car salesman. SS BMW is lucky to have a salesman like him.
Most of the people there have an attitude and are rude. I was also sold a car that had “no problems” yet I’ve had to dump thousands of dollars into it already. So I don’t think they properly inspect the cars before putting them on the lots. Negative 10 stars. Attempted to rip off my daughter with a $6k front suspension repair. A certified independent BMW technician replaced 1 wheel bearing. The necessary repair cost less than 10% of the dealership's quote. I recommend avoiding this dealer! Dishonest, unethical, technically inept.
Brought my car in for an oil change and traded for new x5. Service was good and Justin Brown great. Will deal with him on my next car

I was in the Mobile area on vacation when I realized I had a knot on my tire. They were able to get to me right away the following morning to replace the tire. Once I speak to the dealership I may change my rating. Purchased a BMW and 6 days later while just sitting in my car the car begins to vigorously shake and lots of smoke coming from my exhaust. It took 3 hrs for an oil change with appointment. No updates while waiting except for me inquiring. Also, I was charged for the full oil change because my 3 yr maintenance had just expired. When I tried to schedule it 2 months ago, I was told it was too early!
