It’s always a pleasant time at the Sandy Sansing BMW dealership. The staff is always very friendly. The facility is welcoming and clean. They always have snack snacks, and beverages stocked in the lobby and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely not a bad place to spend part of your day when waiting for your car to be serviced.

Luisa Vivas was very courteous and answered all questions knowledgeably. The Finance manager, Brad, was exceptional in that he efficiently prepared the necessary documents and explained all of the options clearly with no pressure. My only suggestion is that more time needs to be spent ensuring that the customer really understands how to use the “glass cockpit” enough to drive safely. The team was eager to make the experience pleasant and effective.

We have been using the service department for over three years and love the service we receive. We just purchased a new vehicle and will continue using them into the foreseeable future.
Horrible, each time I take my vehicle to this dealership I end up with major problems that I didn't have when I took it there, last time I took it in for a warranty repair. Ended up needing a new radiator, was quoted 1 price then charged 1000 over the quote after the repair was done nick told me that was the quote he gave which was a lie because I asked twice to confirm it the price Before repairs.

Professionals all the way! We love working with Deb Palooza, she always takes care of us. And the technicians’ videos are great. Prices are high, but to be expected from a BMW dealership with such class. Wish they could work on my 2000 3-series coupe, but it’s not in their business model.
Service visit went well. Transportation was a nice touch. I will say that service could be more efficient and exceeded the amount mutual quote by nearly $100.

I am thankful that we made the drive over to Pensacola. We came looking at a used car but the deal on a new X3 was too good to pass up. Could not have received better treatment by Ben and Scott.
We bought a 2022 Mini Cooper. Everything went smoothly until I was told they only had one set of keys AFTER the deal was finalized. After not receiving the promised follow-up regarding the keys and not getting any return calls I was prepared to post a 1-star review. The sales manager finally responded and found the keys. He did a great job resolving the situation (a situation that would have been avoided with a little more diligence at the time of closing.) Overall, I've come away with a satisfactory but not outstanding experience.
The salesperson and co-worker who loaded my information into my BMW was knowledgeable and polite. He broke down the vehicle information and assist me throughout the process.

I had an appointment to get an oil change. It took 5 1/2 hours. Since I live 2 hrs away I was stuck at dealership. Never gave me result of free inspection until I was checking out and there were things I would’ve had done if I’d known about them before I’d already been there so long. This is my best buying experience by far which started back in 2003. Justin and Brea went above and beyond ensuring the process of ordering, building and receiving the car went very smooth. Cathy in the service department always provide a level of service that I trust, and always go above and beyond to make everything right as evident with my new purchase.

Made a service appointment on 5/20 for 5/22 at 8:30 am for my diesel 2011 X5 x35d to add DEF per warning on my dash. Arrived at the service bay at 8:20 on 5/22 and advised the service rep I would be waiting for the work to be done. At 8:50 I was advised they didn't have the DEF in stock and had to send someone to pick it up. At 10:10 I was informed the work was done and was going through the car wash. Biggest complaint is the apparent lack of respect for customers time. I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30am. I arrived a little early and did not leave the service area until 11:03am. Even with the multi-point inspection, that amount of time seems excessive. Had I not opted to have a complimentary car wash, it would have taken even longer.
I had a complex problem with my 2013 mini cooper S. After having others trouble shoot the issue, I had it looked at by one of the technicians. Although I opted to not get it fixed, I was glad he finally figured out the problem. My advisor Garrett was friendly and kept me posted about my car. I also liked their coffee!
Nickolas Kim at Sandy Sansing BMW Service was wonderful. I had to take my BMW X5 in for a recall, oil change, and rim repair he was able to schedule it all to be done on the same day and it was done ahead of schedule
I was told it would cost over $200 just to diagnose the check engine light. I can never get a loaner for scheduled service or even a ride to go somewhere close by the dealership. I am getting ready to purchase a new car. However, I would not consider Sandy Sansing for the new purchase. Tracy is fine but it is the dealership I don’t like. I usually don’t get anyone to greet me or even make eye contact. I am very loyal to vendors that are good.
